"Very nice excellent staff"

The billing is a bit confusing. I know that I included a dog when making reservation but when we arrived the dog was not on the reservation, but the duty Manager, Abhishek, was right on top of situation. got a dog room at quoted pet fee. Dinner was superb and server was Ritz Carleton calibre, my Alma Mater. Sadly did not get his name but he was only one on duty on 23rd. Dinner was pricey but very good good value and, as stated, service was superb. Hotel was clean and bright oh and the dog area on the 2nd floor is genius. We would return happily. Put us on your mailing list!

Pan pacific exceeded our expectations! The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with wedding day prep requests – they made our stay truly special. Great service, comfortable stay and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!
