Our suite overlooked Lake Superior and the Sleeping Giant rock formation. The check in process was easy and the staff are friendly. Our stay included a full breakfast. The hotel was built in 1911 and is showing its age. Our Ty was clean and the beds are comfortable.
The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and spacious, we enjoyed a very safe and quiet night. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!
The hotel is an icon of Thunder Bay. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Definitely stay again.
The clean rooms, prompt service, great food, good portions, friendly service, with added security, a great family atmosphere.
