We did not ask for a handicap accessible room, but received one. It's huge! Lots of room for me and my elderly mother. The grab bars in the bathroom were a plus especially for her. So maybe I need to request a handicap accessible room from now on. 😊 The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The only thing that seemed just a tiny bit odd was that the hallways outside of the rooms were very warm. Every hotel I've ever been in has always had very cool/cold hallways. These were very warm. But that does not detract from my rating/review of this hotel. Still a very good hotel and I would stay here again.
The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our 1st time to come to New Port Richey. In addition the continental breakfast was good, hot and they had a good selection of food. Many hotels do not get this right but they did. Also it was helpful that there was a washer and dryer available that we used and it is set up for credit card or debit card use. Thank you for helping us to had a very good experiance.
