We've stayed here about three times and it's absolutely beautiful, great friendly staff, dinner is wonderful and the hotel room and location is lovely and convenient. Everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful!

"Honesty And Integrity"

My friend and I arrived in Florida after staying at the Renaissance. That's when she realized she'd left all her makeup and jewelry, including very sentimental pieces. Keith, in loss prevention, had already received her belongings by the time she called. He accounted for each item and held it all safely until we made our way back through Alabama. He was kind and considerate and was much appreciated when she was panicking. Thank you Keith!

"Great Experience"

I had a great stay! The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful — the gentleman who checked me in was especially friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel was clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed having the pool all to myself during my stay. It was such a nice way to relax. Overall, a wonderful experience — I'd definitely stay here again!
