"My stay at the hotel excellent every time I stay there"

I would recommend this to my family and friends try not to recommend it too much that way I would always find a place to stay lol just kidding would recommend it to everybody and anybody it's a great place to stay hospitality is great The rooms are excellent all around great experience for anybody to try.

"Charming, personal, private, lovely."

We were treated graciously by the host of this property after being essentially scammed and treated poorly by a third party provider. The property is gorgeous with historic appeal and a river view. Location very convenient to beaches and boardwalk and downtown. Would love to return. Make sure to book direct with Rio Vista Inn. Lovely host.
