Service in restaurant (Nicoles) excellent (especially Tatyana). Great food. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Requests were handled extremely fast. Very nice staff, comfortable beds, nice lobby, great pool and hot tub. Reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very nice hotel. We were very happy with our experience nice clean room, quiet environment and enjoyed dinner in the restaurant as well.
Arrived late, treated exceptional well. Recommend you stay at this central location for downtown Toronto.
