I asked for the quietest room with no flood lights from the parking area coming into the room. I got exactly what I asked for a big tree outside the window, some joyful noise from kids playing in the pool below but that ended around 8:30. Guests above me stomped around very heavy footed (probably excited kids running around : ), but that too ended within a reasonable time and they did not wake me up in the morning. Bed is comfortable, suite is roomy with space for work. Breakfast was okay with some protein choices and good coffee. I've stayed here before and the carpets were dirty and sticky. Not this time. Carpeting looks new and is clean and attractive. I'll be back!

The staff at this particular hotel was so upbeat, happy and welcoming. They went out of their way to engage with guests and ensure they had everything they needed. While eating breakfast the staff was meeting to begin the day and finished with a break down (like a sports team). I think the culture your staff has built there is the best I have seen at a hospitality site. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks.
