"The staff was very helpful."

I was given the impression when I made my reservation (through a central reservation I think) that I would be able to get a ride to the airport. When I arrived I was told that the shuttle didn't start as early as I was told on the phone. Instead of saying sorry about that we can't help you, the young man in charge got on the phone and arranged for some of the staff to come in early to get us to the airport. Everyone was so nice. I felt like they really cared about helping there guests.
