This hotel is best suited for a business traveler to spend a night or two. The rooms are very small with limited closet space. The bathroom is well sized and the shower is spacious. The lobby is very nicely appointed with furniture and decorations from the glory days of Pasadena. The pool on the second floor is the high point of the facility and would make it worthwhile for a weekend getaway. Staff is attentive.

I stayed six nights at the Pasadena Hotel and Pool and found it very comfortable once I acclimated. I did not have a car. There were multiple choices of places to eat, mostly outstandingly at the bar and at OhLaLa across the street. There was a microwave and fridge in the room and access to a microwave on a nearby floor. I very much liked the lobby and patio for lounging. The front desk was helpful on several occasions. I am an elderly lady visiting family nearby and this worked well for me. My granddaughter loved the pool.
