Staff was pleasant and helpful and rooms and hotel was clean.
Very clean employees very pleasent rooms clean the place very nice and quite.
The rooms were very clean and carried all the amenities needed and then some we didn't expect! Excellent!
Checked in with Jay at the front desk and was given a really good room. The next morning went to the breakfast room and had wonderful breakfast and met the server Lisa, another tremendous asset to this hotel. The next day met Cynthia at the breakfast room and again, had a wonderful breakfast. Thank you again for making our annual trip to Porterville a success!
Very nice people at the front desk. Everyone was helpful and polite. The breakfast food was perfect.
