"Excellent service in the big snowstorm on Cape Cod"

I appreciate the dedicated staff, particularly Lisa, who was on the front desk and due to the snowstorm on Cape Cod who had to work both day ad night and perform the functions of other staff members who were unable to come to work due to the blizzard. Lisa was helpful, polite and professional under difficult conditions.
