"Very Pleasant"

The staff and service were excellent. They accommodated our early arrival happily and efficiently. The staff members that need a shout out are specifically Ashley and Serena. Ashley took care of providing a clean room for an early arrival as we had an afternoon wedding to attend. She clearly understood the situation had a timing issue. Serena has a strong sense of work ethic, empathy and with the company and the people she serves at the forefront of her every effort. I was very impressed. Marriott hired well to represent their company team in a beach town where there is a busy season to accommodate. I'd definitely stay again, met my expectations of the Marriott name. (Comfy beds too).
