Wonderful young man at reception. Found us a room with a king bed when none were available when I made our reservation. Went out of his way to locate nonfeather pillows for my wife who is allergic to feathers.
Everyone we met on the staff was hospitable. I'd like to mention two people especially: the 3rd floor housekeeper on 3/31 who was especially helpful and the woman on the desk when we arrived on 3/30; in fact everyone on the front desk was pleasant and professional.
I really liked my room, the Bistro and my comfortable bed.
