- Rates are for One Bedroom-Apartment room type (38 m², sep. bed and living room, fully fitted kitchen, 2 sofa beds and 1 double bed). Rates are per night and per room and include VAT. Rates are subject to 7.5 % city tax. There's no scheduled clean for stays of 6 nights or less. Underground parking is available at 25 EUR per day per car. All rooms can be cancelled free of charge by latest 4 weeks prior to arrival day. After this deadline a cancellation fee of 100 % of the agreed rate for the full stay applies. In case of changes to the arrival and departure dates, we reserve the right to recalculate the room rate. Please note that 100 % payment for all rooms must be made by bank transfer or credit card before arrival. We are happy to provide you with a proforma invoice if needed.
