- Upon confirmation a deposit of 20% of the total room blocks is required, which will be no refundable no transferable.
The final payment should be settled 3 days before group’s arrival.
Guarantee policy:
1. All deposit are non-refundable, nor transferable.
2. Up to 62 days prior to the date of the arrival, the Hotel shall not invoice with cancellation fees.
3. 61-31 days prior to the date of the arrival, the Hotel shall invoice the 50% of the rates corresponding to the number of rooms and meals cancelled.
4. 30-14 days prior to the date of the arrival, the Hotel shall invoice the 75% of the rates corresponding to the number of rooms and meals cancelled.
5. 7 days prior to the date of the arrival up to the said date, the Hotel shall invoice the 100% of the rates
corresponding to the number of rooms and meals cancelled.
