- Hello, we do have guestrooms available your requested dates. If you also require a meeting space unfortunately, I do not have a space large enough to accommodate 30 people. Included in our rate is our complimentary CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. We also offer FREE PARKING, and FREE WIFI. Each guest room comes with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We do have an INDOOR SWIMMING POOL AND SMALL FITNESS ROOM. We are conveniently located just three blocks south of the HWY#401, and within walking distance to 15 popular restaurants including One Eyed Jacks, Swiss Chalet, Boston Pizza. Also within a two blocks radius is Kingscrossing Outlet Mall, Canadian Tire, Grocery Store, and Shoppers Drug Mart. We are about a 5 minute drive from Downtown Kingston and the Waterfront and only 7-9 minutes from Queen's University.
