The Kingston center point is approximately 2 miles northwest of Downtown Kingston and 2 miles north of Queens University.

May 18 to July 17 is a great time because you can check out Artfest Kingston. August 11 to October 9 is another good time to attend because of the Wolfe Island Music Festival or the Women's Art Festival.

Restaurant and coffee bars in the city are very nice. Our meal at Milestones was excellent. We like the area and the history of Kingston. We just wish we had more time to explore more and visit several of the key sites. We will be back.
The penitentiary tour and museum were very interesting. There is no lack of finding places to eat or to have a drink.

Visiting friends that live one street behind the hotel so convenient a location Princess St connects to main arteries so getting around was easy

The 1,000 Island Cruise!
From what I saw, it's a lovely city. I absolutely love the old homes around the hospital area. Absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor patios we were at are excellent. Great good. A lovely area!
The architecture of the downtown is beautiful. We had a very good supper. We were sorry to be in a hurry and promised ourself to come back for a tour of Kingston.
I love Kingston. The Wolfe Island Ferry, The Keewatin, the shopping downtown, especially Cooke's Fine Foods. Its a wonderful town!

We enjoy being able to walk to shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. Kingston has a great deal of historical and tourist interest, from Old Fort Henry to the former Kingston Penitentiary to lots of history of the Great Lakes and more. It's very walkable along the waterfront as well.
