Our room on the 5th floor was exceptional with a great view of the river. But we were there 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once! This repeatedly occurred after asking in the morning — and again in the evening when we returned to an uncleared room. This was very disappointing—management needs to figure this out. Our first time in years at a Hyatt since we normally stay at Hilton or Marriott and the housekeeping snafu gave us a bit of a bad impression.
If wanting to walk around to a few places and hear some live music head to Franklin Street. Several bars/restaurants up and down the street from a nice Italian place to small dive bars.
