The American Freedom Museum in TX is a unique museum that celebrates the history and ideals of America. It is located in Bullard, a six-minute drive away from Flint. The museum features exhibits on the American Revolution, the Civil War, and the Civil Rights Movement. Visitors can learn about the people and events that shaped the nation and see how America has changed over time. The museum also has a collection of artifacts from the American Presidents, including a signed document from each and every president up to the currently serving. The American Freedom Museum is a 15,000 square feet facility housing over 650 artifacts. Some of the most popular items of interest stored in the museum's halls include the order signed by Dwight Eisenhower who added "one nation under God" to the Pledge of Allegiance, a lock of George Washington's hair, audio clips of every president, starting with Theodore Roosevelt, and a thirty-six-star United States Flag that is considered to be the last flag of the war captured by Confederate forces.
