Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort offers 200 one and two bedroom fully-equipped villas. All villas are equipped with a refigerator, coffee marker and color cable television, microwaves and DVD's. The one bedroom villas are approximately 500 square feet. Living areas include a queen size sofa sleeper along with a queen size bed in the bedroom. Many of these villas have two built in bunk beds. Our two bedroom villas are approximately 850 square feet and feature two twin beds in one room, a queen size bed in the other and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. Ocean view, ocean front, resort views and non-smoking villas are available. All our resort villas have balconies and are a short walk to the beach. Our resort convention center is extremely versatile and will accommodate a wide variety of group needs. The center features a 12,000 square foot conference facility. When divided into individual rooms, it can accommodate private board meetings, utilized for breakouts or handle large or small meetings. Overlooking a freshwater lagoon and spanning the length of the facility is a wooden deck that is ideal for pre-function event or a cocktail reception.
