Beaufort is a hidden treasure. Whenever I told someone that I was going to Beaufort, SC, they all asked "where's that" or "why there"? It's beautiful and slow pace for enjoyment. Nothing was rushed. No long lines for anything you do. Traffic did back up a few times. The scenery was breath taking. Glad we talked ourselves out of Myrtle Beach again.
