I loved my stay. Everyone was so warm, kind and helpful. One evening I needed to reheat some food and they delivered a microwave to my room. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable.

We had a bit of a nightmare getting to San Francisco but when we arrived at the hotel, not only were they able to let us check in early but also upgraded us to a slightly better room entirely free of charge to try to help us enjoy our holiday. Lovely team.

I needed a hotel last minute. I booked Hotel Spero last minute. I am on the 6th floor facing the street and you can hardly hear anything. Very quiet and the room was very clean. When I handed the welcome bag I was so surprised definitely put a smile on my face. The staff is nice and friendly. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.
