Great staff, rooms and location. Front Desk staff was very helpful in pointing us to local restaurants - heed their recommendations, you won't be disappointed. Rooms were immaculate and the property is easily accessible and only a few minutes from Historic downtown and not too far from Parris Island for those attending basic training graduation of friends or family. Close to the Marine Air Station as well.
I did not visit the restaurant so I can't comment, but I can't imagine it being anything other than good. « less

We do get busy at times during the evening so I can understand where it may be a need for additional staffing. Although we try to schedule based on our numbers, we cannot always predict.
