Great location and friendly staff. Extremely clean rooms and housekeeping was understanding about our towel request. As a smoker, I deeply appreciated the smoking section and grateful I wasn't treated the way smokers are treated these days. I will return.

The hotel location is great with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room was okay but the shower didn't drain well so by the end of a shower I was in a pool of ankle deep water. The staff were very cold, dismissive and rude.
