I won't get into lengthy details but beware. #1 - don't leave anything behind, you'll never see it again; regardless if housekeeping was the only group to enter your room after you left. #2 - pad lock your door, staff doesn't know how to read the DND sign and walked in on me about to change clothes for church. #3 - check that everything works in the room BEFORE you unpack (tv, phone, a/c!) and #4 - ask if there is a teenager/kids event going on while you are staying and ask to be FAR, FAR AWAY. Rooms were clean but the breakfast food was the worst I've had at any LaQuinta. « less

It was all great. We checked into a fresh room, unpacked and headed out. We were so close to everything and it was great to be able to walk to shop and to not have to get in the car to get to a restaurant. The Breakfast was really good but our favorite part was the Heated Pool and Hot Tub. Everyone was really nice. « less

Overall good stay. When I reserved the room, under comments, I asked for not feather pillows. That was overlooked and I appeared to have done cocaine all night as my eyes were bloodshot and I was congested. The breakfast area was unbearably hot as if there is no thermostat in it. It was cool outside and in the lobby but 20 degrees warmer in the breakfast room. It was nicer to walk to krispey kreme for breakfast at that point. « less

We were forced to move over to this hotel when we needed to stay for an additional unplanned medical appointment. The Drury next door didn't have a room for another night (it's Spring Break). This room is a throwback to the old style hotel/motel. Small space, green decor, tacky framed prints, polyester bedspreads. No thick, comfy bedding here. They did have a good fridge and microwave. Bathroom had an ugly bright orange striped curtain. When my daughter got in the shower, there was ZERO water pressure--just a trickle. Finally, after about 30 minutes, the pressure increased enough use the shower. Also, this was a VERY noisy hotel. Copious amounts of constant door-slamming. The walls must be thin. We were afraid to try the breakfast based on the general condition of the hotel, but, luckily, there's a Krispy Kreme within walking distance! I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I ever plan to stay here again! Try the Drudge next door--better and lower priced. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"When people provide customer friendly service in today’s world, it should be applauded! So many businesses have taken almost and adversarial attitude towards the customer, in other words, they over compensate for a consumer not following through. As a business, it is my understanding, that the business should always follow through and do as they promise! Loyalty between consumers and businesses should remain alive, profit above service is a bad plan and will cost the business in the long run!" R.F. - Denver, CO
"Everything went excellent. I'm really glad I decided to go with both your company and Sierra Suites for accommodations for my wedding. People are now wishing there were more Sierra Suites around. They were even kind enough to offer the discounted rate to those people that weren't sure they'd make to the wedding until after the cutoff date. I have already referred someone to your service for a wedding she's planning in Michigan." R.S. - Parsippany, NY
