Stayed at hotel the night before the Indy mini-marathon. Location to downtown was around 15 minutes. The room itself waS clean and very spacious. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Our room was about 15 ft. from the entrance so around 3 am I was awoke to a group of just arriving. « less

I booked a hotel and then decided I wasn't gunna stay. I called to cancel it and they lady said bc it was an independent dealer that I could cancel it bc the money goes to the owner. they didn't wanna refund it either and I was out 90$ without even staying in the room. ive never stayed in a Best Western and I never will EVER.

I did no actualy stay the night in this hotel, I had made reservations online 4 days prior to our arrival in Indy. We got to hotel to check in and I waited at the front desk for 5 min or so when the clerk finally came around the wall I told her my name and she says "nope, no reservation" repeated my last name wrong 4 more times while repeating herself "nope" I walked away she immedialtly bolted to the back again a man came in the lobby and same thing he waited so I called the Ramda and got a room right away. Not to mention the lobby was dirty and the restroom I used off the lobby was also dirty too so I guess its a good thing we didn't have to stay there. The next day I called the Best Western 800 # explained the situation and the lady on the other end was very nice told me the manager of the location would contact me and he never has along with my credit card has been charge for the reservation they claimed they never had for me. I am disputing that charge right now, so I would advise to go to another hotel in the area. « less

This particular best western had very courteous staff. The room was very clean and a suite style. It was nice to be able to watch tv without disturbing my husband. Price of the room with AAA discount very reasonable, and breakfast was included. This is not a fancy hotel, but staff and cleanliness more than make up for bells and whistles. « less
