The San-Tan meeting room is 25' x 25' with a total square footage of 625. This room has countertops built in to place meeting items and food and beverage items on. The room is also equipped with high-speed internet access and can be set up with practically any audio-visual equipment needed to carry out a meeting such as screen and projector, sound system, TV/VCR, phone, flip charts and whiteboard. This room can accommodate up to 40 guests in rounds, 20 guests in conference style, 35 guests in classroom style, 60 guests in theater styles, and 60 guests in reception style.
