This rate is for a one bedroom fully furnished condominium. Each unit has a king bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper and fireplace, free WIFI, Washer/Dryer, and a private balcony which overlooks the marina, Yaquina Bay and Bridge. Located at the end of the Historic Bayfront, we are a very short walk to fine dining, shopping, and many other family attractions. Guests have access to a large outside patio with crab cookers and BBQs and an indoor meeting space with kitchen which can accommodate up to 30 persons. The Landing at Newport also offers ADA accessable units, some pet units with additional fees, studio units, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units for larger families. This offer is good for 5 Days.

The rate above is for an oceaview room with either one king bed or two queen beds. All of our rooms had a mini frig, microwave, coffee maker and DVD player. We have a beautiful indoor swimming pool with Hot tub (ocean view). We also have a wonderful full-service restaurant and lounge for your dining pleasures. The views of the Yaquina Head Lighthouse and the Pacific Ocean are amazing! Agate Beach is right out our back door. There is a gradual walk to the beach access which is only a couple hundred yards from our door. We have meeting space for 9 people available from 7am to 9am for those dates. With the rental of the overnight rooms, the meeting space, including coffee service and basic AV reqirements, would be complimentary.
