Free Hotel Voucher Terms & Instructions

After you have checked out of the hotel, do the following:

Gather your group check out report (a.k.a. final revenue pick-up report) or all receipts from the hotel for rooms under this group. We can only create a voucher for consumed rooms with proof by means of a receipt or group check out report;
Record your request id: 5600293
Provide the e-mail address to where we should send the voucher;
Please mail or submit online all items above to the following address no later than 30 days after your hotel check out date and you will receive a hotel voucher for the documented consumed hotel rooms within 30 to 105 days following your check out date.

Terms and Conditions: We’re pleased to provide a hotel voucher valid at any hotel on voucher.hotelplanner.com in exchange for verified group stay receipts. To be eligible for a hotel voucher, the verified group stay should consist of at least ten (10) rooms. The hotel voucher estimate in your bid comments is based on the full amount of rooms requested at the specific hotel bid amount. The voucher estimate in your bid comments is an estimate of the total voucher amount and not per room. The Voucher will only be honored for actualized/consumed and documented rooms. Vouchers may fluctuate based on actualized hotel room nights booked or documentation in the form of receipts or confirmed group check-out report. The Voucher is not provided by the hotel, this is strictly an offer from Reservations Group. The maximum total value of the Voucher is $250 USD per group stay. Voucher requests must be received no later than 30 days after the hotel check out date. The Voucher will not be honored in the event the hotel goes out of business, changes management during the 1 month period after the hotel check out date, or denies receiving payment from the group. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All Voucher claims are subject to Reservations Group's final review and approval. End-user customer should keep copies of all Voucher submission documents; all documents submitted to Reservations Group, LLC become the property of Reservations Group, LLC and will not be returned. Reservations Group, LLC retains the right to request additional information when processing a Voucher submission request. Reservations Group, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible Voucher submissions, misdirected or misaddressed submissions, or for postage due submissions. Only the actual purchaser of the qualifying product may submit a Voucher claim. If the end-user customer fails to meet any of the Voucher terms and conditions, no Voucher will be issued. In order to accept the Voucher, end-user customer redeem the voucher no later than the expiration date specified on the voucher. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time; end-user customer must acknowledge and accept the current terms and conditions at the time a Voucher claim is submitted. Instructions how to redeem the voucher will be provided when you receive the voucher via email. The maximum free hotel voucher amount is $250 USD per group stay.
