Tim Hentschel is the Co-Founder and CEO of HotelPlanner, a leading travel technology company that combines proprietary artificial intelligence capabilities and a 24/7 global gig-based reservations and customer service network. Tim oversees HotelPlanner's family of brands which include its flagship site HotelPlanner.com and its business-focused site Meetings.com. Tim is a third-generation hotelier and a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration with a degree in hotel management and concentration in micro-computing. In 2018, his alma mater awarded him their prestigious Innovator of the Year Award. Tim created the annual American Group Travel Awards which donates its proceeds to St. Jude's Hospital. Tim currently resides in Singapore overseeing Asia-Pac operations and has plans to return to the company's London office in 2022.

John Prince
John Prince graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a degree in Computer Science and minor in Mathematics. For the few years of his career, John worked as a Software Engineer for IBM and Capital One.

In 2003, John co-founded HotelPlanner with Tim Hentschel and was the sole software developer for the first few years of the product. John is responsible for the product roadmap and all the technology developed and deployed by HotelPlanner. He has over 18 years of experience in designing one of the world's best group lead management and response systems.

In 2016, John was awarded CIO of the Year in South Florida as well as South Florida's 40 under 40 list.

John is married to Jessica Prince and has 3 children. John is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

Bruce Rosenberg has over 30 years of senior management experience in the travel industry working for world class companies with a focus on Internet development, distribution and group sales. He worked at Hilton Hotels for 13 years and held the title of Senior Vice President of e-Business. In this role, Bruce was responsible for the websites for all brands in the Hilton family. These responsibilities included booking engine technology, group services, hotel content, marketing programs and more. Bruce also worked at Hotels.com/Expedia, Continental Airlines, and Marriott. Bruce holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts /Anna Maria College in History, Political Science & Management.

Joe Groglio has over 35 years of financial experience, with several Fortune 500 companies and a Public Accounting background, with 24 years spent in the travel industry. Joe served as Group Vice President & Controller for the Hertz Corporation, Car Rental Division, where he worked for 23 years, from 1991 to 2014, in various financial roles of increasing responsibility for the U.S. and International operations. Joe also worked for PepsiCo, Inc., in management roles at corporate headquarters, in the financial reporting and planning areas. He holds a degree in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Pace University. Competencies include strategic planning, analysis, execution, operational finance, cost control, cash flow & capital expense management.

As head of the company's enterprise sales functions, Melissa brings more than 23 years of global sales and executive management experience to HotelPlanner, growing and scaling both emerging and Fortune 500 technology companies.

Joining HotelPlanner more than ten years ago, Melissa and her team leverage opportunities with new market segments to expand the corporate and government business for HotelPlanner. Throughout her career, Melissa has held numerous key leadership roles prior to earning the position of Chief Sales Officer.

In 1985, She began her career with United Parcel with Industrial Engineering, leading teams tasked with the optimization of complex processes, systems and organizations by developing, and implementing technology, people, and other available resources to produce more efficient and cost effect global solutions for the company.

In her current role, Melissa continues to lead her team to develop unique and creative solutions for clients, partners and affiliates.

As Chief Legal Officer, Leticia Piloto-Rodriguez manages the day-to-day legal needs of both HotelPlanner.com and Meetings.com. She possesses over 16 years of expertise as a practicing attorney, has maintained an AV Preeminent Rating since 2016 and was awarded Business Lawyer of the Year - USA by the Women in Law Awards 2017. Prior to her appointment as Chief Legal Officer of Lexyl Travel Technologies, Leticia owned and managed her own practice with domestic and international clientele consisting of corporate and individual clients. She holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad Law Center and a Bachelors of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Florida International University.

As Chief Communications Officer and Head of Investor Relations, Philip Ballard oversees HotelPlanner's internal and external corporate communications, public relations and investor relations, and manages all related outside agency support. Philip has more than 20 years of experience supporting senior government and military officials and C-suite executives at Fortune 200 companies including L-3 Harris Technologies, Booz Allen Hamilton, PepsiCo, Ameriprise Financial and Raytheon Technologies. Philip holds a bachelor's degree in Government from Cornell University; a Master's degree in Strategic Security Studies from the National Defense University; and an MBA from the Virginia Tech Pamplin School of Business.

Brian has been our Controller since October 2017 and directs the daily accounting, operational and regulatory compliance of HotelPlanner as well as the global financial reporting. Before joining HotelPlanner, Brian spent 17 years in public accounting, including primary responsibilities as the Partner in charge on numerous public and private clients, which included registration statements, NASDAQ listings, foreign and domestic acquisitions and reverse mergers. In addition to these responsibilities, Brian was responsible for the assessment, implementation and testing of internal controls under Sarbanes Oxley, provided guidance on revenue recognition, debt, equity and intangible instruments analysis and disclosure under U.S. GAAP. Brian has a degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from Catawba College and is a licensed CPA and a Certified Valuation Analyst.

Amanda Green
As one of HotelPlanner's first employees, since joining in 2007, Amanda has climbed the ranks from Product Manager to VP of Operations. As the VP of Ops, she works in collaboration with the C-suite, to manage all employees, client accounts and to maximize company performance. Prior to her promotion in 2017, Amanda was the Director of Operations for five years. During that time, she developed many of the company's policies, created four new departments, and in conjunction with the rest of the executive team, achieved unprecedented growth.

Amanda lives in South Florida with her husband and their two-year old son. Amanda spends her free time renovating her home and traveling with her family whenever she can.

Kate Walsh is Dean of the School of Hotel Administration and E. M. Statler Professor. A professor of management, Dr. Walsh has been a member of the School's faculty since 2000. She received her Ph.D. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and her M.P.S. degree from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University.

Dr. Walsh's primary research is in identity, leadership and career development. She also conducts research examining the impact of strategic human capital investments. In addition to contributing to numerous books, her articles have appeared in such outlets as Journal of Management, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Management Review, Organization Science, Career Development International, The Service Industries Journal, Trends in Organizational Behavior, Research in Management Consulting, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, The Learning Organization, International Journal of Hospitality Management and The Cornell Hospitality Quarterly.

Dean Walsh has extensive industry experience. She is the former director of training and development for Nikko Hotels International, corporate training manager for the former Bristol Hotels, and senior auditor for Loews Corporation. Dr. Walsh is also a former New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Walsh began her second term as dean on July 2, 2021. Since the beginning of her administration, Dean Walsh has focused on positioning the School for the future of hospitality business education, as well as contributing to the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. This includes undertaking a comprehensive renewal of the graduate and undergraduate curricula, developing the School's online global presence, launching two new graduate degree programs, and providing thought-leadership for the hospitality industry, most notably through the creation of industry-based webinars to guide the industry during the pandemic, as well as supporting extensive outreach and engagement through the school's six centers and institutes.

Ratigan is a best-selling author, filmmaker and veteran of financial and cable news with experience in more than 60 nations from Myanmar to Boliva. He was Global Managing Editor for Corporate Finance at Bloomberg LP, before working for nine years as a host and show creator at CNBC and MSNBC.

Ever since graduating from Stanford University engineering school, Mr. Moazami has been engaged in the technology industry for the past 30+ years; predominantly in operating roles and the last seven years as a professional venture capitalist in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Moazami was an entrepreneur as the founder/CEO of Stanford Business Systems (SBS) for 7.5 years before being acquired by KSA/Accenture, where he became a sr. partner there and ran the global e-business practice until recruited to Cisco in late 90's. The first 8 years of 12 at Cisco, he was in the leadership of Cisco's strategic consulting group, called Internet Business Solutions Group, where he engaged at the CxO level of top global corporations and government entities assisting them in their journey to become connected, digital and agile enterprises. At various times he had global responsibility for Retail, Consumer Products, Transportation/Logistics and Public Sector verticals.

During the last 4 years of his Cisco career Mr. Moazami moved to London to join the leadership team of Emerging Markets looking after 132 countries with a $6 Bil P&L which during his tenure was the fastest growing part of Cisco. A key pillar of Cisco strategy in approaching these markets was "country transformation"; presenting broadband as the 4th utility (after water, electricity and roads) necessary to drive competitiveness and standard of living. In this capacity he would engage with the state and all the key industries driving this transformation.

Upon departure from Cisco in 2012 Mr. Moazami raised $300 Mil at CNTP to start a new venture capital investment firm in Silicon Valley. At CNTP he did several investments in the security, cyber security, big data analytics and enterprise SaaS application domains. Some of Mr. Moazami's portfolio companies have exited to Microsoft, vMware, Nutanix, Yahoo , Roche, Vista (PE firm) and IPOs.

Last but not least, for 5+ years Mr. Moazami served on the board of a telecommunications company, Global Capacity. At Global Capacity he helped oversee a complete turnaround of the business, a $150 mil+ acquisition and the ultimate exit of the company to GTT in 2017. Mr. Moazami has been a frequent speaker on CNBC, Bloomberg, World Economic Forum and Financial Times.

Dieter Huckestein is presently Chairmen and CEO of HPS, Hotel Procurement Services LLC, engaging in the acquisition, development and management of hotel properties. A globally seasoned veteran of the hospitality industry, Dieter's accomplished career hotel spans operational and executive management of hotels across Europe, the Middle East, South America and North America.

Owing to his international experience, Dieter became President of Hilton's owned and managed portfolio, and has served as CEO of Conrad Hotels, President of Hilton Global Alliance, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Hilton Hotels Corporation for 10 years. He was also President of the International Hotel & Restaurant Association, Chairman of American Hotel & Lodging Association, and Chairman of the Hawaiian Visitor and Convention Bureau.

Dieter is the recipient of numerous industry awards and honors including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Academy of Hospitality Science. He is active with mayor universities and featured as a distinguished lecturer at Cornell, and a visiting professor at Johnson and Wales University, where holds an honorary doctorate.

Dieter has served on the Board of Unified Western Grocers, the President's Advisory Council at California Lutheran University, and is presently Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors at Thomas Aquinas Colleges in California and New England.

Dieter and his wife, Cecilia, have two sons and five grandchildren. Cecilia holds a doctorate in cognitive and educational psychology, has taught as an adjunct professor of psychology at California State University, and is the author of numerous professional articles.

Gianno Caldwell currently serves as a Political Analyst for FOX News Channel (FNC), offering political, financial and cultural analysis across the network's programming. He joined the network in 2017.

In addition to his role with FNC, Caldwell is the host of the iHeart podcast Outloud with Gianno Caldwell and the founder of Caldwell Strategic Consulting, a bipartisan public affairs and government relations firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. He is also the author of "Taken for Granted: How Conservatism Can Win Back the Americans That Liberalism Failed."

Previously, Caldwell served as the director of government relations for Naperville Township, a local government agency in Illinois where his primary focus was to develop cost-cutting strategies relative to transportation, health care, taxes, pensions and local government. In this position, he successfully lobbied for the reduction of property tax rates for the whole of Naperville Township.

Prior to that, he served seven years working for the Social Security Administration and in 2011, Caldwell served as the director of African American Outreach for the DuPage County Republican Party, the largest Republican county organization in Illinois. Additionally, he served on Mitt Romney's 2012 campaign for president as an advance staffer.

Jeff has 25 years of experience as an operating executive in digital media, commerce and technology businesses, having worked inside of and led both growth stage and large cap companies. Jeff currently provides advisory services for a number of prominent private equity funds and their portfolio companies through his advisory firm, Castle Valley Partners. Previously he was Chief Strategy Officer at Apex Clearing, a Peak6 Investments subsidiary and the leading fintech solutions provider for disruptive digital wealth companies. Jeff joined Peak6 after having completed a build-up of mobile gaming businesses at one of the world's largest electronic gaming solutions companies. He has previously led and exited multiple leading digital businesses, including PriceGrabber, a leading commerce marketplace, and United Online, a publicly traded technology company.

Prior to joining Peak6 Jeff was Group President, Digital, at Aristocrat Leisure Ltd (ASX: ALL), where he had operating responsibility for and directly managed Aristocrat's digital gaming businesses. In aggregate, Aristocrat Digital (comprised of Product Madness, Big Fish Games and Plarium) generate in excess of $1 billion in annual revenue, employ more than 1,000 employees, and collectively comprise one of the world's leading digital games businesses. Jeff led a rebalancing of the Aristocrat corporate portfolio to more heavily weight investment into higher growth areas. As part of that effort, he led the $990 million acquisition of Big Fish Games, a leading free to play casual games business, and subsequently led the development and execution of a plan to turn around the business, which had been contracting, into a business that achieved double digit growth. He also built an Aristocrat Digital management team from scratch, including recruiting an outstanding group of senior leaders as well as overseeing substantial headcount growth in the operating businesses.

Prior to Aristocrat Jeff was Interim CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD), a diversified e-commerce and media business that operated brands including NetZero (ISP), Classmates/StayFriends (media) and MyPoints (commerce), where he led a strategic process that resulted in the sale of the company. At United Online Jeff led the development of a growth strategy that narrowed the strategic focus of the business, leveraged the key competencies of the core business and clarified the opportunities to deploy the +$100mm of cash on the company's balance sheet.

Prior to joining United Online Jeff was President of PriceGrabber, a leading online marketplace platform connecting more than 2,000 retailers with over 100 million online shoppers each month. At PriceGrabber, Jeff led the development of a plan to refocus the business around native ecommerce and executed the plan, including the remaking of the strategic roadmap, launching new products and the recruiting of new executive talent. Jeff subsequently led the successful sale of the company.

Jeff's previous experience includes a five-year stint at IAC as a corporate development executive, where he focused primarily on the ticketing, personals and local businesses and at Experian/LowerMyBills, where he led the sale of LowerMyBills to Experian and then led Experian's consumer online strategy function.

Jeff graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Berkeley; received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar; and received an M.B.A. from INSEAD, the European Institute of Business Administration.

Prior to founding TrailRunner, Jim served as SVP, Head of International Corporate Affairs for Alibaba Group, the world's largest online and mobile marketplace. At Alibaba Group, Jim played a key leadership role in the company's historic IPO in 2014. He also designed and led Alibaba's international communications strategy, and he built the company's international corporate communications and government relations teams.

Prior to joining Alibaba Group, Jim served as Executive Vice President, Communications for PepsiCo, a global food and beverage leader with net revenues of more than $65 billion. Jim joined PepsiCo from Brunswick Group, where he served in San Francisco as Managing Partner for International Business and Financial Strategy, providing strategic counsel on global corporate mandates spanning international operations, corporate and financial communications, corporate reputation, investor relations, crisis management, and litigation. Jim also worked for Brunswick Group in Texas, where he established and built the firm's Dallas/Fort Worth office.

Prior to Brunswick Group, Jim served as Chief of Staff for U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Henry M. Paulson, serving as Paulson's senior strategist and counselor, and working on matters of financial policy and crisis management. Prior to his work for the Treasury, Jim served as Senior Advisor to U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and worked with Rice in the White House as Deputy National Security Advisor for Communications. From 2002-2003, Jim was Director of Strategic Communications for General Tommy R. Franks at U.S. Central Command, and from 2000-2001 served in the White House as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Communications. Prior to working in the White House, Jim spent several years working in the U.S. Congress for House Majority Leader Dick Armey (R-TX) and the National Republican Congressional Committee. Jim served as an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves, and also taught international communications at The Johns Hopkins University. Jim holds degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington (BBA, Finance) and The Johns Hopkins University (MA), and he is a graduate of the Yale University School of Management Global Executive Leadership Program. He also serves as a national board member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and on the Board of Trustees for The Women's Sports Foundation.

Jim is an endurance sports enthusiast and enjoys trail running, playing chess, skiing, snowboarding, and playing acoustic guitar. Jim also has a love of aviation and is a commercially rated pilot.

Yatin Patel ( Co-Founder of Reservations.com ) has over 20 years of successful internet technology/e-commerce business experience as an entrepreneur, designer, founder, investor, and operator; focused most significantly in the hospitality industry.

Patel has built, owned, sold, and operated numerous companies, including: HotelReservations.com, Orlando.com, HotelSavings.com, BoostCTR.com, Roomstays.com. Patel's core expertise resides in buying effective digital media, then converting it into a positive ROI on e-commerce transactions.

Patel has a Master's Degrees in Industrial Design ((National Institute of Design- India), and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Gujarat University-India).

Patel is an active and philanthropic member of the Orlando community, and has served as a board member with: The Dr. Phillip Performing Art Center, University Club of Orlando, Downtown Arts District and the Orlando Film Festival, OnePulse Foundation, He is an active member of YPO (Young President Organization), CEO ( Chief Executives Organization ) PathNorth, Washington DC based Leadership Organization.
