"Good location, close to public transport." Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and sightseeing. Accessible by car, but parking is costly. Shopping is ok.

"Good, friendly service, particularly in the restaurant, although housekeeping is poor." Management and reception are decent and somewhat professional. Room service could have been improved. Good shuttle service. Great valet service. Great concierge service. Booking process should be better organized. Hotel security is ok.
