I didn’t make my flight out of RNO today due to weather and needed to get a hotel for the night. SureStay Plus is so very near and had a room. Nice and cozy, dinning room with very good food and staff is very helpful. Glad to have found it.

We stayed here a couple times when we have early flights. The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very attentive and courteous. There is a great little bar and restaurant right here inside the hotel. They have a shuttle to the airport, so it’s super convenient. It will be our go to hotel for early flights and staycations.

It’s a pleasure to stay here, it’s a very cozy comfy place to rest and stay when you need one. The Staff is very friendly and helpful it’s also very nice and warm when need. Thank you and a special thank you to the manager Oscar who helped me when needed it’s much appreciated, thank you again.

The lady who me at reception was exceptionally rude right from the get go. So much so, that I told her there was no need to be so rude. She then changed her tune and was decent. The airport shuttle driver was great.
We arrived at the hotel and the young lady at the front desk greeted us with a friendly smile. The other lady at the front desk, upon seeing that I’m traveling with my parents (who are in their late eighties) assigned the room on the ground floor near the hallway entrance. I appreciate that as my parents can only walk a short distance.
