The street behind the hotel is where Pier 38 is located. Also the hop on hop off bus. At the corner of the street is an IHOP. There was a security guard inside and outside the hotel. Very safe place to walk to the Pier. There were a lot of seals at Pier 39, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
It was very clean and pleasant.
