I sent a message when I reserved the room saying the occasion was going to be our wedding anniversary and they went above our expectations writing a card with congratulations to us as soon as we entered the room and left an even better surprise in the fridge! Macaroons and Champagne with cups! The hotel is beautiful with pool, activities and location is also very clean 10/10.

Uses outside vendor to book all rooms. Will not take accountability when reservations are not correct.Manager at front desk offered the 800 number of the booking company. Several weeks later and a small refund was offered. Hotel itself is dated and very noisy. Breakfast was good and the staff was excellent. Bottom line they are charging a premium and you don’t get what you are paying for.
