Celebrated wife's 79th birthday in this quiet, sedate, historically rich hotel. It's small enough to be intimate and large enough to have the necessary amenities (including Ocho restaurant, a delightful find). The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were attentive and helpful, but never intrusive. Only regret was that the bar was closed the weekend we were there. Well, maybe for the 80th birthday getaway.
Perfect boutique hotel. Centrally located on the River Walk at a reasonable cost. Staff is not only very attentive but also friendly and welcoming. Will stay here whenever I’m in San Antonio.
