When we first arrived I had to have the cleaning lady come and re clean there was hair on he toilet and hair in the bathtub which when looked dirty. The bed was not comfortable at all pillows horrible and my back is still sore from the bed. The only great thing about the hotel was the staff at the front and the bar tender so amazing.
An historic hotel, great location and staff. Ate at the cafes named Aishat and Liwam and found staff to be attentive and kind.
Clean, quiet and relaxing. Amazing central place to all needs in downtown Toronto! Highly recommend!
