I got there at 2:55 to check in. I was told to come back at 3. So I went back to my car and waited that five minutes. When I went back in the line was out the door! I waited for the second time in that 25 minute line again just to be told that my room wasn't ready again and to come back. The lady told me I would be getting a call when my room was ready. I talked to both ladys at the front desk and both were over worked And very annoyed and it showed on their faces and their attitudes with the customers. It's not the customer's fault if the hotel overbooked and it's not the customer's fault if the rooms are not ready by checking which is 3:00 p.m. my Husband and I went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. Once again I had to stand in the 20 minute line to get my key for the Room. That the Room I had a reservation for is no longer available and they wanted to downgrade me. At that point I was so upset over everything I asked for a refund and left the hotel. I hope they take this review into heart that they should hire your cleaning people during covid 19 and the front desk people need to be friendlier with the customers.

From the time I called to the time I checked out. All that were at the front desk were very helpful and very courteous to my every need. Housekeepers were also courteous. I came in earlier than I expected and I did not get any slack from the front desk. She did everything she could to help me and she did it and I appreciate it. I will most definitely stay there again on my next visit to Fairfield.
