Room has a very good layout, comfy bed and pillows and featherbed. Good room service.
Check in and check out was efficient. A member of the office staff saw us struggling with our bags. He carried a bag upstairs for us and showed us our room. Finn, the Hotel restaurant, is excellent. Friendly and efficient servers.
Location with water view is excellent...The Finn Restaurant offers creative and scrumptious menu choices!

We didn't get the 415 AM wakeup call we requested the night before. Luckily we didn't sleep well so we made our flight, but that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
