We enjoyed our experience overall. The slide was down during our 6 day stay but the pool and hot tub was functioning. Breakfast was good,biscuits and gravy as one of the main options. The location is great and surrounded with plenty of activities, shopping and restaurants. Clean and quiet environment.
Made two night reservation through IHG. Easy and the rep was polite and helpful. Hotel was clean throughout. Free breakfast was very good and had many options. Staff was very friendly and check in,check out was easy. Good overall experience.

I like Holiday Inn because I know my room will be clean and bed will be comfortable.
Room was right above pool. Other than loud kids till 10pm I was quite comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and temp. Room A/C sufficient.
The room was mostly clean and the pool was open. It’s obviously an older hotel and looks it. The elevator is a little scary and very unclean. Breakfast is ok, typical food. Staff were friendly.
