We stayed in the two room king suite. Upon arrival very receptive clerk who upgraded our room from the third party reservation. Clean and quiet all four nights. Breakfast was all we wanted and very relaxed atmosphere. We were impressed with the older gentleman who did just about every job from maintenance to room cleaning, setting up and tearing down the breakfast stations and who was friendly and accommodated our extra towel requests. I’ve always stayed in Chambersburg when traveling thru on my way from Tennessee to NY as it is the halfway point. I’ve been coming back to the Baymont for two years now and will stay here in the future. Like we said it was a first choice for a four night stay to see the local sites.
Staff was friendly and room was clean.
No pool at all and breakfast leaves little to desire Rooms are clean and employees are very nice.
We invite our guests to support our conservation efforts by hanging their towels to be used again. Although should a guest want new towels, leave them on the floor and we will be happy to provide them.
