In our bedrooms there is a note informing guests that towels that they would like replaced are to be left on the floor and the remaining towels are to be hung up. This is to reduce the amount waste. Our hotel uses glass bottles of water rather then plastic bottles which saves the environment.
There is plenty of variety available at breakfast time from the option of a Full Irish breakfast , wide selection of cereals, porridge cold meats and cheeses, hot croissants, fresh and dried fruits, yoghurts.
