The dining room staff is what adds to the charm of this hotel. Reuben and Luis were cheerful and attentive every morning, making us feel welcome as we arrived for breakfast. They also waved and smiled whenever we passed through the lobby. Our rooms were clean, with furniture well placed. The king size bed was comfortable with a firm mattress and just the right weight of comforter and bed cover. Bath towels were luxuriously thick. A shower cap in the bathroom might also have been nice. All in all, an enjoyable experience and we would consider returning whenever we pass through San Francisco. Thank you.
