Shay at the front desk was so much help. She went above and beyond and helped us get a good dependable ride to and from the Jimmie Rodger’s Music Festival. She was breath of fresh air.
We had a fantastic stay at Tru by Hilton Meridian and it honestly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome—they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even surprising our pups with a little goodie bag that included tennis balls. That kind of thoughtful touch really stood out and made the experience feel personal. The room itself was spotless, fresh and had that clean, comfortable feel you hope for but don’t always get. Everything was well kept and inviting, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was also a highlight—plenty of good options, fresh and a great way to start the morning without having to leave the hotel. Overall, this place checks all the boxes: clean rooms, great staff, pet friendly and a solid breakfast. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone passing through Meridian.

Complementary bottles of water, bag of dog goodies and a cookie at check in! Room is contemporary, clean and comfortable. Great variety of food for free breakfast. Enjoyed all the happy notes like the bag the hair dryer was stored in said “Good hair day”!

Tight efficient accommodations…tv was really really slow?!?! I dint think I’d be able to comfortably stay more than a single night.
I am very picky when it comes to hotels and cleanliness and I will say I was very impressed when I have stayed at Tru. Their customer service was absolutely phenomenal and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel in the Meridian area over any other 100%!
