We had a most wonderful experience with the staff. They were so helpful and courteous. The Mermaid actually interacted with and enjoyed her time with the children. The cook outs were super helpful feeding my three boys! The breakfast cook took pride in the foods she prepared. The front desk staff was always respectful and made everything super easy without any stress. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay on Pensacola Beach! Should we return, we will most definitely stay at this hotel. This hotel is hands down the best hotel experience I have had in many, many years! A++++.

Rooms were clean,pool and outdoor areas very well kept and charming. People were so friendly,enjoyed their jobs,took pride in what they do and liked the visitors. Located close to shops, restaurants,and beach access all walking distance. Good for families.
Loud neighbors the first night was just terrible the night clerk called the cops. Second nite same people they were quiet third nite same people not to bad Wednesday not to loud.
The hotel is in a great location and staff is great. Second time here.
