We travel a lot and always use Hampton Inn and this one was very poor! The front door was locked at night and this was a safety issue. Elevator was not inspected. The pool was not available. The ice machine was broken. The female breakfast attendant was rude. When we visit again we will not stay there again. We love Hampton Inn and will be using it again but not this one.
I was in Houston to speak at my fraternity brother's funeral. We were very close. I asked for a one hour extension so I could gather myself before I had speak. I had to go to a restaurant before going to the church. Doing my military career, I have stayed at your hotels many times and was a honor's member. I was not happy like the door mat said.
