We arrived after a very difficult evening. We were met by Jerome. He was extremely kind. Even listen to us complaining a little bit. Gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste that we didn’t have. And we felt very well taken care of. The 12 o’clock checkout time was excellent. Salvaged a tough trip.
I have family and in Rock Hill and this will be from now on my hotel of choice when I visit.

Liked open concept lobby.
I’ve stayed at Tru hotels before and will definitely visit again.They encourage socializing by having comfortable seating, multiple televisions and a pool table in the lobby. I also like the color scheme.

Went to toom and it was clean but the toilet seat was broke. Sat down and slid into wall. Went down to front desk and nothing was done. Im elderly and could of got hurt.
We always love everything every time we're there, but this time I was told by the gentleman checking me out that my bill was $107 when I got the receipt it said $180 and I had already left the property. So when you look up who checked me out you can find out he said something like that I reserved it on a third party line I didn't quite understand it but he said my total was $107 total. So check that out otherwise everything was very good as always.
Easy to set up in room and pack, long bench, many electrical plugs and jacks.
