Dining at the ST Blubay Apartments At Blubay Apartments guests can choose from various options to suit their needs at any time of the day, if they do not wish to cater and cook for themselves. Our main dining room the ‘Sea Star Restaurant’, situated in our sister ST Hotel Bayview just down the road, offers a lavish buffet for breakfast, & dinner at a cost. The Restaurant is situated on level 1 of the hotel and is equipped with a full bar. Continental and English Breakfast is served from 07:00 am until 10:00 am accompanied with a variety of hot beverages and mixed juices. Buffet Dinner is served from 06:00 pm until 08:00 pm and consists of two types of starters, three types of main courses, salads & vegetables on the side and dressings, and a choice of cakes, ice cream or fresh fruit for dessert. Our team can organise any type of private functions and social occasions, with various types of menus to suit every guests’ tastes. You create your own custom menu, or we can prepare a sumptuous tail
