Came to Kansas City to see the WWI and the Arabia museum. Hotel is in a great location close to both attractions. We had two rooms and they both looked like they had recently been redone. Great space in room, nice view of city skyline, with a very comfortable bed. We did have to have someone look at the air conditioner, but they were very prompt in their response and had it fixed quickly. Parking was convenient but pricey. Don't bring a large tall vehicle into the underground garage as there isn't a lot of headroom. Everyone in the staff that we had dealings with were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay there again next time we come to KC.
Savanna at the front desk did a great job checking us in she started our stay perfect from the very beginning.
This hotel is perfectly located close to the free street car on Main Street. It’s a large property but extra well maintained and clean. Kasey at the front desk was extremely welcoming and informative. Bar was well stocked with friendly staff. Pool was clean and warm. All in all a very nice hotel.
All hotel staff I encountered were gracious. They work together as a well oiled machine, especially during such a high traffic time as our convention. It there is one thing I have to.
