Unknowingly I booked with a 3rd party agent .She assure me of complementary breakfast,late check out and charged me USD 27 dollars for some kind of insurance.The hotel staff were rude,did not change my sheets and refused ti let my family stay two hours as I was in a conference till 4.I will never stay at this hotel again!
The hotel was clean although room smelt like urine….pet smell. Reall y nice to get a mattress for the floor at no extra charge to room. Overall it was good. Restaurant food is mediocre at best….
Upon arriving to the hotel, the receptionist had an arrogant. Good luck to his facial gestures, the next day, I had to do some business and I had asked for my room to be cleaned in which it was not, the bathtub has not been cleaned properly. And other places have been missed. Also i'm not too sure if I will come back.
There was a power outage on Saturday evening which left us in the dark. Not the hotel’s fault but made our stay less than ideal.
Just a one night stay, everything was great, room was clean and ready when we arrived. Fast check in and check out. Brunch at the Garden Restaurant was outstanding.
