Regarding our sales brochures, those that must be printed are printed on recycled paper. Living and staying in our residences also means sharing our environmental values. Indeed, our commitment is realized through "best practices" that allow us to limit our impact on the environment and offer our clients the opportunity to participate: - Our housekeeping services (changing bedroom and bathroom linens) are adapted according to the length of stay. - Our cleaning products are non-toxic, and we prioritize the use of eco-labeled products. - We have introduced a line of eco-hygiene toiletries. - We encourage our guests to use low- or zero-emission transportation. - Our breakfast offering also reflects our commitment to sustainability and features local products. Our employees - Information and training for staff on the nature and characteristics of the facilities and their environmental impact. - Raising awareness of environmental protection. - Recognizing and valuing their contribution to our environmental initiatives. Our Environmental Impact - Deliveries are limited: orders are grouped and staggered (e.g., 2 days/week). - Local suppliers are prioritized. - We also contribute to reducing chemical emissions by using non-toxic or eco-labeled cleaning products. - We provide an Eco-Hygiene Welcome Kit (specially formulated to reduce its environmental impact). Our Energy Consumption - To better manage our energy consumption, we monitor our electricity usage monthly. - We continuously adapt our equipment and technical installations (low-energy light bulbs, motion detectors in customer corridors, and a main switch). - We prioritize upgrading our technical installations and equipping them with Class A appliances. Our Water Consumption - To achieve substantial water savings, we monitor our consumption monthly. - We ensure that our equipment and technical installations are adapted (water flow restrictors in rooms and public areas: showers, bathtubs, toilets, faucets). - Our housekeeping services are tailored to the length of your stay. Our Waste - We sort and recycle our waste. - The waste we collect includes: cardboard, paper, glass, batteries, ink cartridges, light bulbs, and bulky items.
Breakfast is priced at €12.90 per day per adult. It is served as a buffet and is offered from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM only in our restaurant. There is no service in the apartment.
Parking is charged at €3.00 per night per vehicle. Since the number of spaces is limited, it is essential to contact the residence to make a reservation (subject to availability).
